    GS-MON-80-20S is the core device in gate-sea fast shutdown solution, which can be cascaded with a single component to achieve group level fast shutdown function, and can monitor the voltage, current and temperature data of photovoltaic panels in real time to achieve the purpose of safe and stable operation of photovoltaic power generation system. GS-MON-80-20S has low loss, high efficiency, stability and reliability, and can effectively ensure the safe operation of photovoltaic systems.

    After the system is installed, the transceiver sends an "Allow to run" signal to the monitor output loop in the form of a PLC power carrier.

    After receiving the signal, the monitor starts the output power supply of the photovoltaic system and reports the working information of the photovoltaic panel. In an emergency, just cut off the transceiver power supply or start the external emergency stop switch, can complete the rapid shutdown of the module, the monitor will turn off the photovoltaic system in a short time, and make the entire string system voltage within 30V.

    The input end of the circuit breaker is connected to the photovoltaic panel, and the output end is cascaded to form a photovoltaic string system. The signal coupler of the photovoltaic transceiver is placed in the string bus circuit to send control signals. For safety reasons, do not open the PLC transmitter during installation.

    System Overview:

    The transceiver uploads the collected monitor data information to the collector through 485 communication, and each collector then summarizes all data into the concentrator through PLC.

    System Function:

    1, fast shutdown; After the transceiver is turned off, the monitor cannot receive the "Allow to turn on" message, immediately turn off the photovoltaic output, and the system voltage drops to within 30V to ensure the safety of maintenance operations.

    2, the monitor can independently monitor the output voltage, current, working temperature and other parameters of the photovoltaic panel, upload the concentrator through the transceiver and collector, you can list the status information of all photovoltaic panels in the background.
